    Roasted Butternut squash veloute, nutmeg cream, chili oil, fried sage

    Poplar Bluff organic beetroot, chevre mousse, hazelnut, orange, honey lemon vinaigrette

    Citrus endives salad, watercress, pear, pecan, mango ginger stilton

    Salmon & albacore tuna crudo, radish, apple, cucumber, yuzu vinaigrette
