    We’re delighted to be participating in the first annual YYC Food & Drink Experience, a 10-day celebration of Calgary’s rich, diverse and exciting culinary offerings.

    Starting on Friday, March 1st until Sunday, March 10, we’ll be serving our five-course gourmet dinner masterpiece featuring Snow crab meat risotto, Alberta beef tataki, Rougie Duck breast and more.

    1st course

    Poplar Bluff Organic Beet Salad

    noble meadow farm goat cheese, hazelnut, orange segments, fig balsamic glaze

    2nd course

    Snowcrab Meat Risotto

    grapefruit butter compressed apple, clam, mussel

    3rd course

    Alberta Beef Tataki

    citrus ponzu, red onion, furikake, tobiko

    4th course

    Rougie Duck Breast

    braised endives, potato pave, wilted kale, roasted root vegetables
