    Cork & Cuisine returns, featuring exotic fungi & truffle!

    After a brief hiatus, Cork & Cuisine returns; more importantly, it’s mushroom season! Join us for an unforgettable, 4-course meal, prepared by Chef Bern Glatz, featuring exotic fungi and truffle. Alongside the meal, you will enjoy an in-depth, wine-pairing discussion with each course, presented by an expert from our partners at Willow Park Wines and Spirits. As with previous editions, the November Cork & Cuisine event will have limited availability – book today to guarantee your spot!

    *The Bow Valley Ranche is following provincial and municipal protocols and will require all attendees to provide one of the following to attend: proof of double-vaccination, negative PCR testing, or medical exemption.

    To ensure the safety of all guests and staff, the following measures will be in place:

    • Masks will be required to enter the restaurant but can be removed once seated. Please be sure to wear your mask again when moving around the venue.
    • Rather than one large table, guests will be seated in smaller groups within their cohorts.
