This is why it would be very hard to encounter a more accommodating wine to tackle the spectacular spectrum of international food selections available on today’s tables.
Happening on June 19th at the Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant as part of our monthly series, Chef Jenny Kang will let loose her culinary creativity into creating the most refined and palate pleasing dishes with the variety as a center piece for her creations.
