    Among wine lovers, foodies, chefs and sommeliers, Riesling is receiving exceptional attention for its balance of intense zippy acidity, minerality, and food friendly character. This is why it would be very hard to encounter a more accommodating wine to tackle the spectacular spectrum of international food selections available on today’s tables.

    Happening on June 19th at the Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant as part of our monthly series, Chef Jenny Kang will let loose her culinary creativity into creating the most refined and palate pleasing dishes with the variety as a center piece for her creations.

    1st Course
    English peas, mint veloute, goat cheese, puffed farro

    2nd Course
    Burrata, coppa, honeydew, cantaloupe, balsamic crema

    3rd Course
    Gaspor pork loin, braised belly, black garlic aioli, ramps, fiddle heads, asparagus, maple chili glaze

    4th Course
    Peach almond tart, vanilla Chantilly, white chocolate pudding
