    Featuring a new theme each month, the series aims to pair exquisite wines from all over the world with some of the city’s top culinary dishes prepared by Chef Antonio De Angelis and wine pairings by Willow Park Wine & Spirits.

    1st Course: Moroccan Salad
    spinach, plums, edible flowers, falafel, pomegranate dressing

    2nd Course: Harira Soup
    lentils, onions, tomatoes and a mint yogurt swirl

    3rd Course: Grilled Lamb Kebabs
    vegetable couscous, preserved lemon chutney

    Dessert: Goat Milk Crème Brulee
