    Cork & Cuisine returns, featuring exotic Japan!

    Join the Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant, in collaboration with Willow Park Wines and Spirits, as we present to you the next edition of Cork & Cuisine featuring Japan! Enjoy a 4-course meal, prepared by Chef Bern Glatz, exploring the exotic palate complemented with wines from around the world. As with previous editions, the event will have limited availability – book today to guarantee your spot!

    To ensure the safety of all guests and staff, the following measures will be in place:

    • Masks will be required to enter the restaurant but can be removed once seated. Please be sure to wear your mask again when moving around the venue.
    • Rather than one large table, guests will be seated in smaller groups within their cohorts.

    Menu

    1st. Tenderloin
    beef tartar, anchovy aioli, grilled focaccia.

    2nd. Wagyu striploin
    torched wagyu, brassica mustard,black salt, sweet potato hay.

    3rd. Skirt steak
    cast iron skirt, salsa verde, blistered tomatoes, caramelized braised Asian cabbage.

    4th. Beef bacon
    yesterday chocolate donut, beef bacon, frangelico anglaise, hazelnut, blue cheese ganache.
