Going back to our origins, our chef prepares a 4-course, gourmet meal using the favourite red meat as the main focus. Each course will be paired elegantly with a sommelier-recommended wine.

2nd. Wagyu striploin
torched wagyu, brassica mustard, black salt, greens
3rd. Skirt steak

yeasted chocolate donut, beef bacon, frangelico anglaise, hazelnut, blue cheese ganache
