    Join the Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant, in collaboration with Willow Park Wines and Spirits, as we present the next Cork & Cuisine: Beef! Going back to our origins, our chef prepares a 4-course, gourmet meal using the favourite red meat as the main focus. Each course will be paired elegantly with a sommelier-recommended wine.

    Menu

    1st. Tenderloin
    beef tartar, anchovy aioli, crispy focaccia

    2nd. Wagyu striploin
    torched wagyu, brassica mustard, black salt, greens

    3rd. Skirt steak
    cast iron skirt, salsa verde, braised savoy, miso tahini dressing

    4th. Beef bacon
    yeasted chocolate donut, beef bacon, frangelico anglaise, hazelnut, blue cheese ganache
