    Join us for YYC Food & Drink Experience 2020 February 28 to March 15, Calgary’s premiere dine out festival featuring Calgary’s top restaurants.

    Starting on Friday, Feb 28th until Sunday, Mar 15th. We’ll be serving a five-course gourmet dinner masterpiece* specially created by Chef Antonio De Angelis that will only be available during YYC EXP.

    Menu price: $65**

    1st Course: Foie Gras Terrine
    port reduction, caramelized pear & brioche points

    2nd Course: Squash Veloute
    with roasted pumpkin seeds & basil oil

    3rd Course: Waterford Prawn Fettuccine
    creamy prawn brunoise

    4th Course: Duck a l’Orange
    purple mashed potato, parsnip puree, green beans, carrots & confit Cipollini

    Dessert: Dark Chocolate & Strawberry Cream Roll
    with Madagascar Vanilla Anglaise
