    Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant is thrilled to announce the arrival of its new Executive Chef, Antonio de Angelis, who brings his exceptional talent and diverse experience to the table. De Angelis joins BVR with over 20 years’ experience in perfecting the art of classical cuisine at a number of fine dining restaurants in Canada, Switzerland and Italy. The iconic “La Chaumiere” Restaurant in Calgary was his most recent and longest culinary experience where he worked as executive sous-chef for almost a decade.

    We will be offering a 5 course Chef Tasting Menu Sunday to Thursday at dinner service for the remainder of March. Price will be $75 per person for the 5 course menu (food only)

    $42 for additional wine pairings (optional)

    Our regular dinner a la carte menu will be available.

    The Chef tasting menu is offered as an additional option.
