Our Story
Welcome to Annie’s Cafe, a historic and cozy spot in Fish Creek Park, located just west of the Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant, to enjoy coffee, ice cream, baked goods, soups, sandwiches and more.
This quaint farmhouse was moved to its current spot in 1905 and once housed the ranch foremen and their families, including Billy Bannister and his wife, Annie. Today you can enjoy a wholesome lunch or a special treat while sitting on Annie’s sunny front porch.
Whatever the reason, the beautiful surroundings make it the perfect place for a break, whether you’re on your own or with your whole family.

How to Find Us
Annie’s is just a short walk down the pathway from the Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant, and is just a short bike ride from the nearby communities!
From southwest/downtown/north Calgary:
Follow Bow Bottom Trail to the south until you reach Fish Creek Provincial Park. Turn right at the signs for Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant and follow them into the parking lot that is closest to the restaurant. Google Maps and Apple Maps will provide accurate directions unless you are coming from southeast Calgary.
From southeast Calgary:
DO NOT go through the south entrance to Fish Creek Park. There is a gate between Sikome and the rest of the park that is always closed. Take Deerfoot Trail or MacLeod Trail to Bow Bottom Trail, and head south until you reach signs for Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant. Turn right at the signs and follow them into the parking lot that is closest to the restaurant.
Special deliveries:
Normally all deliveries are made to Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant, but if you require dropoff directly on-site, you can drive down the pathway with prior clearance. Call the Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant at (403) 476-1310 for information, and coordinate with the manager at Annie’s at (587) 779-5434
